By applying for and/or using the Zeiteck POS System, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up or using the system.
The applicant must provide accurate personal and business details during the application process.
Zeiteck Computers & Software Solutions reserves the right to approve or decline any application based on internal verification criteria.
The applicant must be a registered business or an authorized representative of the business.
The POS system is licensed to the customer for business use only.
Users must not modify, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute any part of the system without written permission from Zeiteck.
Zeiteck may conduct periodic system updates, which may require temporary downtime.
Application, installation, or subscription fees (if applicable) must be paid before activation of the POS system.
Monthly or annual subscription fees must be paid on time to avoid suspension of service.
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Any hardware purchased from Zeiteck comes with a limited warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under warranty.
Software issues caused by incorrect usage, third-party interference, or external hardware faults are not covered under warranty.
Zeiteck does not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for securing their login credentials and should notify Zeiteck immediately in case of unauthorized access.
Zeiteck implements security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
Technical support is available during official working hours through phone, email, or in-person consultation (if applicable).
Support may be limited for customers who have unpaid balances or expired subscriptions.
Zeiteck reserves the right to update, enhance, or discontinue features to improve service.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information during setup and training.
The customer must ensure their staff are trained to use the POS system correctly.
Any misuse of the system that leads to data loss or system malfunction will be the customer's responsibility.
Zeiteck may suspend or terminate service if:
Payments are overdue
The system is misused
Fraudulent information was provided during application
The customer may request cancellation at any time but must settle all outstanding balances first.
After termination, access to system data may be limited unless a data-transfer request is made.
Zeiteck is not liable for:
Loss of profits
Data loss due to customer negligence
Business interruptions caused by third-party services (internet, power, etc.)
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the system within the last 12 months.
Zeiteck may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the system after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya unless otherwise specified.
